Welcome to Publicus

Everything you need to know to get going with Publicus, from first login to your daily review workflow.

What is Publicus?

Publicus is an AI-powered platform designed to simplify government procurement for contractors. The platform focuses on two critical steps:

  • Discovery - AI automatically finds the right government bids for your business
  • Initial Qualification - One-click feedback ("Yes," "No," "Save for Later") so you only pursue what matters

Who should use this?

  • Small and mid-sized contractors strapped for time
  • Consulting firms juggling multiple clients or service lines
  • Business development teams seeking a data-driven pipeline
  • Anyone who wants to automate RFP tracking and improve bid hit-rates

Key benefits

  • Daily Curated Matches - Receive a fresh, tailored list of opportunities each morning
  • One-Click Feedback - Your thumbs-up/thumbs-down input trains the AI to get smarter
  • Visual Pipeline - Track saved bids on a Kanban board from start to submission
  • Profile-Driven - Define your expertise once, and Publicus does the rest

How it works

  1. We learn your profile. Based on our onboarding call, we configure your categories and semantic description.
  2. AI scans portals. Hourly ingestion from the 200+ portals we track.
  3. Daily digest arrives. Each morning, check your email (or real-time alerts) for that day's top matches.
  4. You review and react. Interested moves the bid to your pipeline, Not Interested trains the AI and dismisses it, Save adds it to your Kanban board.
  5. Pipeline management. Drag and drop saved bids through "In Review," "Proposal Writing," "Submitted," and more.

Getting started

  1. First login. Open your invitation email, visit os.publicus.ai, and set your permanent password.
  2. Explore the dashboard. "Recommended Today" shows your curated matches; summary cards display counts for reviewed, saved, and active proposals.
  3. Customize your profile. Click your avatar, then My Profile, to tweak categories or your description.
  4. Adjust notifications. In Settings, open Notifications and choose daily, weekly, or real-time alerts.
