Subprocessors
Last updated: July 2026
This page lists the third-party providers Publicus engages to help deliver its Services, and the processing activity each one supports.
- Who: Vetted infrastructure providers used to operate the platform.
- What: Cloud hosting, storage, compute, security, and logging.
- Where: Canadian cloud infrastructure.
Publicus engages a limited set of third-party subprocessors to help provide, operate, and secure our Services. The table below lists each subprocessor, where it processes data, and the processing activity it supports.
| Subprocessor | Location | Processing Activity |
|---|---|---|
| Google Cloud Platform | Canada (montreal / toronto regions) | Cloud hosting, storage, compute, security, logging, and related infrastructure used to provide the Services. |
AI model providers
Publicus uses AI models to classify and summarize public procurement information and to match opportunities to customer capabilities. We do notuse Customer Data to train, fine-tune, or reinforce any model, Publicus's own or any provider's. Any AI provider that processes data on our behalf does so under enterprise terms that contractually exclude training on inputs, and is listed above (or added here) as a subprocessor before it processes Customer Data.
Changes to this page
We may update this list as our Services evolve. When we add or replace a subprocessor that processes customer data, we will update this page accordingly.
